In collaboration with SNFPHI, the Archipelago Network premieres 13 short documentaries directed by Jacob Moe that focus on the history and current activity of a corresponding number of active pottery workshops on the island of Syfnos. The documentaries explore relations between tradition, modernity, and craft, celebrating the continued presence of a material knowledge system within the region’s broader touristic and historical development. The screening includes a simultaneous online viewing of all films through Facebook.
